About
HoaPhu360
A digital platform that connects citizens with local government in Vietnam, and helps public-sector workers handle paperwork faster and more consistently.

The problem
Vietnam has over 3,000 communes. Their officials spend hours drafting administrative documents that must follow a strict national format, while residents have few direct channels to reach them. Most communes run on paper, spreadsheets and chat groups.

In development
AI document assistant (Claude API)
Drafts official letters, plans, reports and invitations in the national format (Decree 30/2020), fixes formatting in existing drafts, and lets officials revise through chat. Built; not yet open to users.
Summaries and consistent formatting
Summarize reports from many offices and keep document formatting consistent across departments.
Field reports and task assignment
Citizens report issues with photos; officials assign tasks to villages and reply on the same platform.
